The main series dryer cylinder we produced as followed:diamater from 800mm to 4000mm,face length from 1450mm to 10000mm,the material cast iron is from HT200 to HT300,ductile cast iron is from QT400 to QT600,hardness is from HB180 to HB240,the most heaviest cast iron finished production we made is 50 tons,now we could finish 20000 tons production.using the world renown pig-iron as material and mix lots of kind alloy element,we can make lots of kind grey iron casting from HT 200 to HT 350,and ductile cast iron from QT400 to QT600,we also could make cast(carbon)steel,the material is ZG200-ZG340.
